Registration Deadline in Oklahoma October 8th
October 8th (this Friday) is the deadline for voter registration in Oklahoma if you wish to vote in the November 2nd general election. There are many critical races in this cycle, as well as 11 state questions.

Rahm Emanuel's Chicago Mayoral Campaign Takes Early Steps On YouTube (VIDEO)
Former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel announced Sunday that he's preparing to run for mayor of Chicago, a position widely known as being one he has long desired.

Right now I'm not seeing much from the Askins Campaign. Very sad to say that. The polls aren't looking too good either. Granted I'm in Tulsa and I think she's just not doing events in this part of Oklahoma. Only four weeks or so left, I'm getting nervous of the outcome:(
